HOW TO CREATE A TEAM & REGISTER:
1. Select 'CREATE A TEAM' from below
2. Enter your Team Name (DO NOT TYPE THE WORD "TEAM")
Example: Max Hale - NOT Team Max Hale
3. Enter your name as TEAM CAPTAIN
4. Enter your email address
5. Click 'CREATE & JOIN TEAM'
6. Select your team name from the drop down menu list, and click on PROCEED TO REGISTRATION
HOW TO JOIN A TEAM:
1. Select 'JOIN A TEAM' from below
2. Select the team you want to join, from the drop down menu
3. Then click on PROCEED TO REGISTRATION below
HOW TO REGISTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL NOT ON A TEAM:
1. Skip the team selection & click on PROCEED TO REGISTERATION below
